For Conference Organizers
How Library of Social Science will create, organize and manage a book exhibit for your scholarly or professional conference
Beginning in 1988 with a book exhibit that occupied a single table, the LIBRARY OF SOCIAL SCIENCE has grown into the premier book exhibit company creating, organizing and managing book exhibits for scholarly and professional conferences. With a track record of over four-hundred successful book exhibits for more than one-hundred organizations, we are the leaders in the field of book exhibit management.
We have developed a unique paradigm for bringing together at our book exhibits a comprehensive collection of the latest and most significant books and journals in the field. By showcasing major publishers and authors, our exhibits add a significant dimension to conferences, enriching the meeting experience and enhancing its intellectual value.

By focusing exclusively on the social sciences, we are able to bring to bear a level of expertise and professionalism previously unheard of, allowing us to create exhibits of unsurpassed quality at significant, cutting edge conferences. We research each conference carefully to analyze its scholarly thrust, working in collaboration with meeting organizers and program chairs to create a book exhibit that will meet each organization's unique profile and specifications.
The result is a broad-ranging and dynamic display of outstanding books and journals. By providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for conference-goers to congregate and interact between sessions, our exhibits often become a central attraction at conferences.
The Library of Social Science manages the entire book exhibit at a conference from beginning to end, thus maintaining consistency, control, accuracy, and professionalism. With twelve to thirty tables of books (each title displayed face-out), Library of Social Science exhibits are a sight to behold. Conference attendees are not only impressed but often stunned by the quality of our displays.
Over three hundred scholarly publishers use our service to promote their books and journals. The book exhibit that we create for your conference will include titles from the world's most prominent publishers of scholarly and professional books. The following are among those that participate in many of our book exhibits:

Dear Mei Ha and Richard,
On behalf of the entire Winter Roundtable staff, we want to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for your assistance at the 2009 Roundtable conference. The dedication and effort you put forth to arrange a book fair that offered such a wide variety of texts on subject matters so relevant to the theme of the Roundtable is commendable. We are very thankful to you for the service you provided this year and the time and energy you committed to the conference. Many of the Roundtable conference presenters and attendees commented on your helpfulness and the extensive books you made available for sale. We hope you enjoyed working at the conference and contributing to such an important annual event. It is clear to me that the success of this conference would not have been possible without your help and support.
Thank you, again, for all of your help. As we pass our co-coordinator positions on, we'd like to take this opportunity to inform you that you will be working with two wonderful people in our place. Jorja Redway and Elizabeth Hernandez will be taking over as the co-coordinators of the Winter Roundtable. We have every confidence that they will both be an absolute pleasure to work with.
Most Sincerely,
Erin Forquer and Joel Sahadath. Winter Roundtable Co-coordinators
